advertises the Scarabeo 150 as 'the world's first automatic
motorcycle'--and, indeed, though we were quite skeptical, its
large (16") wheels, stable ride and 80-mph top speed confirm
the slogan. Its 150cc, liquid-cooled engine combines performance
with utter practicality--as in 75 miles per gallon. The machine's
attention to detail is faultless. It's hard to imagine a machine
with more potential to entice people into the two-wheeled world
who would never consider it otherwise. Check
